My first 90 Day To Beautiful Hair Challenge is complete! The picture on the left was taken on August 15th and the picture on the right was taken on November 15th, a couple of weeks before the challenge ended today. I trimmed 1/2 inch off of my hair in October to keep the ends healthy, and maintained about an inch or more of growth. I'd love to hear what worked for you during your 90 day hair challenge. I've posted details on my hair regimen before but if you're curious, you can find my current regimen below:
Once a week washing routine:
1) Apply a light protein conditioner (Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor) to my hair and cover with shower cap and scarf for 30 minutes
2) Shampoo hair with Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter Shampoo or Cibu Restore Shampoo
3) Deep Condition the hair with combination of Pantene Gold Series Replenishing Mask and ORS Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner for 30 minutes with shower cap and scarf
4) Follow with Aussie Moist Rinse Out Conditioner applied to he hair for 3 minutes and covered with a shower cap and scarf
Every 1-2 days
1) Moisturize with Lusters S Curl No Drip Leave In Conditioner
2) Follow with Grapeseed oil or Aussie Miracle Moist Intense Hydration Oil
